Our Novel student housing in Seville is located just outside of the city centre. It makes the perfect home away from home and a base for your time as a student in the vibrant capital of Andalusia in the south of Spain.
From our Palm Studios student apartments in Seville, you can easily reach any one of the three higher education institutions in the city, whether it be the University of Sevilla, the University of Pablo de Olavide, or the International University of Andalusia.
What’s more, our student accommodation in Seville is not far from the centre of the action, so when you’re not studying at university you can get stuck into the rich social life and cultural activity of Seville.

Seville has a large and ever-growing undergraduate and postgraduate student community of around 70,000, making the city full of life, with plenty of friends to be made!
Many Erasmus students flock to Seville, so you could even end up learning a new language with international flatmates in your student accommodation in Seville!
Seville has a buzzing nightlife scene, full of tapas bars, ‘bars de copas’ - pubs where you can enjoy a variety of drinks, restaurants, and nightclubs. Socialising is a huge part of the culture, and it’s pretty commonplace to see people out eating and socialising till late into the night. Tapas and drinks cost very little too!
Seville is not short of parks and green spaces, like Maria Luisa Park, Alamillo Park or Magallanes Park, which offer shade in the hot summer months. Some of these open spaces, like the Plaza España, are breathtakingly beautiful and have provided the backdrop for classic movies like Star Wars and Lawrence of Arabia.
In fact, the city itself is so incredibly pretty that your Instagram content will be the envy of all your followers!
You will also see many people from University residences in Seville walking round in groups to enjoy the City with company.
When you live in our Novel student apartments in Seville, you’ll be immersed in sunshine, impressive architecture, friendly and sociable locals, and must-visit attractions.
Top of the list is the neo-Gothic 12th-century cathedral, the largest of its kind in the world, and its imposing tower ‘The Giralda’. Pop next door to stroll through the lovely gardens of the Royal Alcázar, a stunning palace with gorgeous patios and water features.
A short walk from your student accommodation in Seville, you can soak up some rays in the majestic Plaza España, or sunbathe in Maria Luisa Park. Bars and clubs are found on Paseo Colon, the Alameda, and the Alfalfa. Chilled outdoor summer bars, set in the parks along the river or in the Maria Luisa Park, are right on the doorstep of our student housing in Seville.
The local events, customs and holidays of Seville are unmissable, whether it be the legendary Semana Santa (Holy Week), with its religious processions, or the April Fair - an explosion of traditional music, food, drink, local ‘Sevillanas’ dances, and sumptuous flamenco attire.
Stick around in our student housing in Seville over the Christmas period, and you’ll catch the festival of the Three Kings (Los Reyes Magos), on 5th January. The 3 kings process through the streets in floats, throwing sweets and toys to children (and big kids!)
