Summer in Edinburgh

22 July 2021

Edinburgh is a very popular summer holiday destination, not only does Edinburgh host some of the most world-famous festivals including The Edinburgh Fringe and International festival, it’s vibrant City Centre and buzzing atmosphere draws a flock of summer visitors from across the globe.

From huge festivals to outdoor activities, it’s no surprise we see university students arriving early at their student accommodation, taking time to settle in and explore their wonderful new City.

To treat our first residents here at Novel Student we are offering two weeks early arrival, on us! That’s two weeks free accommodation to enjoy Summer in Edinburgh.

Read below to find out exactly what is going on in Edinburgh this Summer, and why you should make the most of our free Summer stay.

The festival will run from 6th-30th August and includes performances from big names in the world of entertainment to unknown artists looking to build their careers. This festival caters for everyone and includes theatre, comedy, dance, physical theatre, circus, cabaret, children’s shows, musicals, opera, music, spoken word, exhibitions, and events.

Edinburgh Zoo After Hours

Does this remind anyone else of Night at the Museum, although in a zoo? For adults only, Edinburgh Zoo are opening their doors throughout July and August for you to enjoy a summer evening stroll accompanied by some animal spotting and good vibes.

Something a little different but  definitely worth a visit. Make sure you follow the link as tickets are selling out fast here.
